Ramesh Nair, CEO of Mindspace Business Parks REIT, has over 25 years of experience across office, land, retail, residential, warehousing, industrial, data centres, and hotels. At Mindspace REIT, he drives strategic decision-making, growth, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence for its 34.8 million sq. ft. portfolio.
Previously, as CEO-India & MD, Market Development, Asia at Colliers, he led 2,500 professionals across 11 offices, achieving 62% EBITDA growth in 2021 and 35% in 2022. Before that, he spent 21 years at JLL India as CEO & Country Head, leading 12,000+ professionals. Under his leadership, JLL India saw a 14% CAGR in operating profits (2017-2019) and INR 4,500 crore in revenues. He was one of JLL’s youngest International Directors and a member of its global J8 group.
Ramesh has served on the RICS Global Regulatory Board, CII Real Estate Conclave, Telangana Advisory Council, IGBC’s National Executive Board, and YPO. An alumnus of the University of Madras and Harvard Business School (AMP), he delivers guest lectures at top institutes. His book, Doing Business in Uncertain Times, offers leadership insights for navigating crises.
