Lokesh Payik is a Partner at Bain and Company. He is the member of the firm’s Global Manufacturing, Digital & Technology Leadership team. Lokesh has over 20 years of hands-on experience in consulting and implementation of value based new age technology solutions that has transformed businesses and enhanced efficiency in industry segments - automotive, industrial, chemical, aluminum, rubber, consumer goods and Tech services.
Prior to joining Bain, Lokesh has incubated and scaled digital business by leveraging new age technologies, integrating manufacturing plants, establishing engineering centers and led sensing/control business at global industrial conglomerate.
His focus is in unlocking the digital transformation value for enterprises by leveraging new age technology (sensor-software-solutions) and domain expertise.
Lokesh holds an MBA from La Trobe University, Australia and a BE in automobile engineering from KLETECH, India.
