Manish Kumar is a passionate technology leader with a proven track record of success in driving business agility. He began his career in manufacturing but quickly gravitated towards the dynamic world of technology. Prior to joining Thoughtworks in 2002 as a Quality Analyst, Manish explored the principles of agile software development, influenced by the work of Martin Fowler and other thought leaders. Since then, he has held diverse roles across market development, customer engagement, and internal operations. As Regional Managing Director for India and the Middle East, Manish has successfully led the growth and expansion of Thoughtworks in the region, establishing a strong reputation for progressive, inspirational, and impactful work within the customer ecosystem and the broader community.
