About me
Sachin is responsible for Global Services, the engineering and innovation center for Fiserv, which provides financial technology solutions to clients globally. As the Delivery Head for the Financial Institution Group at Global Services, Sachin focuses across the portfolio including Core Account Processing Solutions, Digital Financial Solutions, Electronic Payment Solutions, Finance Risk Management Solutions, Card Services, Digital Payments Solutions, AppOps, Product Implementations and Professional Services.
Sachin has over 30 years of global experience building sustainable businesses bringing together consulting, technology, and outsourcing. He has delivered complex transformation programs working across Asia, Europe, and Americas within retail and commercial banking, payments, wealth management, regulatory compliance and insurance domains.
He worked with IBM Services as Global Managing Partner, prior to joining Fiserv. He led strategy offerings, sales, operations and third-party relationships globally for IBM's GCC clients. He has also worked in leadership roles in Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, and Atos Syntel.
Having worked in global markets, he has been awarded for his contributions on profitable revenue growth, productivity and automation. Sachin actively contributes to press and industry forums, sharing perspectives around GCC transformation, fintech trends, leadership development, and innovation. As the Executive Sponsor for Women Impact Network Employee Resource Group at Global Services, Sachin is committed to advancing women leadership.
