Sanjeev Vohra is the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at Genpact.
In this role, he drives the company’s technology strategy, scaling advanced technologies & AI capabilities, mergers & acquisitions, integrating innovation into client solutions, and shaping the future of digital transformation. Sanjeev collaborates closely with clients, partners, and business leaders to create system of innovations that deliver business impact.
Before joining Genpact, Sanjeev spent over two decades at Accenture, where he held leadership roles including Global Lead for Data & AI, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer for Accenture Technology. He also served on Accenture’s Global Management and Investment Committees.
With experience spanning Honeywell, Alcatel-Lucent, and the Timex Group, Sanjeev brings deep expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, ERP, and digital transformations. A technologist, futurist, and innovation-driven leader, he actively engages with the AI and startup ecosystem to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Technology degree and an MBA from IIT Delhi
