About me
Savita Pai is currently Director Sales Strategy, Planning & Operations at Cisco for the India & SAARC region. She is responsible for driving multiple transformational initiatives to drive the ambitious growth plan, through designing go-to-market avenues and prioritizing investments as well as to ensure sales effectiveness and increase efficiency through sales process redesign, automation and analytics.
Prior to Cisco, Savita has diverse experience spanning multiple roles and industries centred around technology and strategy for over 20 years – as Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co., Corporate Strategy at HP, Flipkart and Diageo and also running Cisco India’s startup accelerator LaunchPad. She has driven large scale initiatives on growth strategy, innovation, digital media transformation, organization effectiveness, supply chain productivity and customer service improvement and worked across India, Asia Pacific and fast growing markets like China and Brazil.
Savita holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from PESIT Bangalore.
